I am a motivational life coach and I look forward to helping you to make the changes you want to see in your life. Life coaching is a holistic process that has the power to balance and harmonize your life. It concentrates on the individual’s life instead of one area. I will help you close the gap between thinking about doing and actually doing. The focus is seeing results!

I love working with clients face to face. I do, l however, give you the choice and flexibility to meet with me from anywhere, face to face in Northport, NY, by phone or video conference.

What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?

Therapy and life coaching have very different agendas for the client. Therapists will look to the past for answers and generally involves some form of personal history analysis. The client ordinarily must go into their past for the therapist to devise a method of treatment. Life coaching does not deal with diseases of the body or mind. Life coaching does help with clients’ dis-ease, unease or dissatisfaction. It helps with issues of self-esteem and inability to achieve desired goals.   Life coaching is based on the present and the future. It is founded on the premise that the past need not equate the future. As your coach, I will work as a catalyst on helping you define your own way forward.
